Kathy joined Hearing Unlimited as a staff hearing aid dispenser in 1994. As an experienced, trained and licensed professional, she takes 16 hours of continuing education classes annually along with specialized manufacturer training. She is a member of the Iowa Association of Hearing Health Professionals. “My intent is to put the patient in charge of their hearing loss and how they wish to improve their communication. I will never pressure a patient, only present to them all of the available options on an individualized basis. I will never tell you what to do, I will only give you options and let you make the decision.” Kathy serves patients in the Ankeny and Marshalltown offices.

Karen J Denzler, Office Manager, PSC of Marshalltown, Iowa office. Karen is originally from Cedar Rapids, Iowa and moved to Marshalltown, Iowa in 1969. Karen attended Jefferson High School in Cedar Rapids and Marshalltown Community College. Started working as Medical Assistant with doctors in Marshalltown for nine years. Karen began working in the Hearing industry 1996 part-time for Hearing Unlimited and was drawn to this profession because of her own hearing loss and the desire to help others in the same position. The desire to help others to accept their Hearing loss with confidence and determination to do better with their lives. Karen loves to read and crochet in her spare time. She loves to travel and has taken many cruises to Caribbean, and now is planning a trip to Hawaii.
